    1. Overview: At erp2 Limited, we provide CRM software-as-a-service. Our commitment is to deliver a CRM service that is simple to use, secure and extremely affordable with the features you need to manage your client database.
    2. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for enhancement and evolution. Users will be duly notified of significant changes.
  4. Payment Terms
    1. Fees: Users agree to pay the specified fees for our services. Details on fees are available on our website under "Prices".
    2. Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit card and bank transfer. Ensure your account has sufficient funds to avoid disruptions.
  5. Privacy Policy
    1. Data Collection: We collect and use user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your privacy is paramount to us—please review our detailed policy.

    2. Consequences: Termination may result in removal of the provison of all services indefinitely without refund of previosly paid annual fees. Ensure compliance to enjoy uninterrupted access to our services.
  8. Dispute Resolution
    1. Arbitration or Mediation: Disputes will be resolved through our internal arbitration and mediation process. We believe in fair and efficient conflict resolution.
    2. Jurisdiction: The governing law for disputes is the law of United Kingdom. We aim for transparency and legal compliance.
